Jacksonville, FL (May 16, 2007) –Beeline® today announced that it has acquired Employer Services Corporation (ESC), a leader in recruitment process outsourcing. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1994, ESC provides sourcing services designed to relieve corporations of staffing burdens by managing their recruiting efforts.
