Beeline Earns Ariba Ready Status; Offers Invoice and Payment Integration Through Ariba Supplier Network

Jacksonville, FL (February 13, 2009) – Beeline announced today that it has successfully completed the requirements for Ariba, Inc.’s Ariba® Ready™ program. Ariba Ready is a special designation awarded to suppliers who have demonstrated the ability to effectively transact with and provide content to organizations using Ariba Buyer™ through Ariba Supplier Network™.   

Beeline’s Vendor Management System (VMS) automates the process of procuring, managing and analyzing contingent and project-based labor. Beeline has integrated the Beeline VMS with Ariba to support the requests of mutual clients who are sending cXML invoices to the Ariba Supplier Network. By successfully integrating the invoice solution with Ariba, Beeline can continue to expand our transaction capabilities with mutual clients and leverage the technology and investment the buying organizations have with Ariba.

Beeline’s invoice and payment integration implementation involves posting a series of Ariba cXML invoice request documents that represent credits and debits in the originating invoice or expense report.  These XML files will automatically post to Ariba servers and show up directly in the client’s Ariba Buyer account.
