Advisory Services
Our Advisory Services are unique to our industry and provide consultative services in flexible workforce solutions from implementation through steady-state operations. Our consultants assess your contingent workforce programs at key junctures to identify opportunities to reduce costs, increase efficiencies and enforce policies.
Program Health Check
We perform a Program Health Check 12-15 months after your contingent workforce program goes live. This starts with an examination of your program’s processes to identify efficiency or compliance gaps and recommendations regarding industry best practices. The Program Health Check includes a review of the entire requisition cycle from initial request to payment of suppliers. It also provides the first benchmark for ongoing cost savings by examining supplier submitted rates, negotiated rates, and supplier markups for each job category. The deliverable includes a comparison of supplier rates and markups against the market and against other clients within your industry.
Business/Cost Savings Assessment
The Business/Cost Savings Assessment is a focused review of your flexible workforce program’s spend and suppliers. This assessment is an analytical review of rates within each job category by supplier. The deliverable is a report that includes:
- Spend by supplier
- Supplier markups
- Spend by job category
- Market rate comparison by job category
- Market markup comparison by job category and supplier
- Identified cost-savings opportunities and a cost-savings roadmap
- Recommendations for implementing cost-savings initiatives
This assessment can be performed at any time for your program. We recommend performing this assessment one year after your program goes live. It is especially beneficial when a Rapid Business Assessment is completed before implementation.
Maturity Model Assessment
The Maturity Model Assessment is an in-depth review of your flexible workforce program against industry best practices. This assessment, which is focused on program improvement, is performed 18-24 months after implementation of your program. This is a goal-based assessment which examines all aspects of your program and develops a maturity level based on your stated goals and industry best practices.
The assessment examines and rates 5 major areas of your program:
- Resources (MSP team, users, management and stakeholders)
- Processes (automated, manual, compliance)
- Information (metrics, reporting, management)
- Means (technology, tools, strategic plans)
- Control (organizational structure, supplier relationships, change management)
The deliverable is a comprehensive review of your program with a gap analysis of major areas and recommendations for increasing the maturity level of those areas. This assessment is invaluable for organizations who have implemented flexible workforce programs across multiple organizations within their enterprise, domestically or globally.
