The Beeline Vendor Compliance Department oversees the vetting and compliance of all Beeline client suppliers. This department manages the Vendor Compliance System (VCS), through which all supplier administration and compliance monitoring occurs.
The Vendor Compliance System is an online portal for the origination and maintenance of all supplier contracts. The system automates supplier onboarding, payment requirements, and contract compliance. It maintains all required documentation including minority certifications and all financial information when managing supplier payments. It is the data repository for supplier contract management and provides an easily accessible and auditable system of record for the supplier contracts of all Beeline clients.
All suppliers having access to the Beeline system must first go through Vendor Compliance System and execute the client approved Supplier Access and Services Agreement before they will gain access to the client’s production site. Our process is designed to limit and reduce liability and risk for both Beeline and our clients.
