Vendor administration and compliance monitoring is managed through our Vendor Compliance System. The Vendor Compliance System tool automates vendor onboarding, insurance compliance, contract compliance, and MWBE certification tracking.
Our Vendor Compliance System tracks the vetting and adoption of the supplier chain, provides real-time reports, and is a data repository for vendor contract management. The tool tracks compliance and expiration dates and will notify necessary parties of non-compliance issues and upcoming insurance expirations.
Clients can have administrative log-in access to the Vendor Compliance System to review/audit supplier and Beeline compliance. Users can query the Vendor Compliance System to report on Beeline's pool of registered and active suppliers. This reporting accelerates the onboarding of vendors into our programs where remote location vendors are required.
