To our valued Suppliers:
You may have recently learned through various industry and news agencies that the bankruptcy trustee for the bankruptcy case of former vendor management system Ensemble Chimes Global is in the process of seeking the return of monies paid by Ensemble Chimes Global to certain staffing firms and other suppliers in the 90-day period before ECG filed for bankruptcy protection. It is our understanding that the trustee's efforts - which have resulted in actual demand letters for certain suppliers - are solely related to his powers and duties as a bankruptcy trustee under the bankruptcy code.
We want to make it clear to you that the actions of the bankruptcy trustee to reclaim these payments are in no way associated with Beeline, nor relate to the assets Beeline acquired from the bankruptcy trustee after Ensemble Chimes Global filed for bankruptcy protection. Beeline is not the source of these demands, has no discretion or other role in the trustee's actions and has not been involved in any form or fashion with the trustee's efforts to collect these monies. Although Beeline's information is limited to what has been set forth in public filings and other unofficial reports, we will endeavor to provide you with updated information as it is made available to us.
Please feel free to submit questions to ecgsuppliers@beeline.com, and we will, overtime, publish an FAQ with answers to your questions.
Thank you,
The Beeline Team
