Beeline Acquires Employer Services Corporation
Jacksonville, FL (May 16, 2007) –Beeline® today announced that it has acquired Employer Services Corporation (ESC), a leader in recruitment process outsourcing. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1994, ESC provides sourcing services designed to relieve corporations of staffing burdens by managing their recruiting efforts. By acting as a company's recruitment function, ESC improves candidate quality, shortens time to hire, provides verifiable metrics, reduces cost, and improves compliance. ESC clients include leading companies like Lockheed Martin, L-3 Communications and XM Radio.
