Auto Giant Upgrades Contingent Staffing

September 11, 2014

One of the world's leading multinational automotive companies wanted to get more mileage from its VMS. Their existing system was not user-friendly, which compromised user buy-in and encouraged rogue spend on contingent staffing. It lacked flexibility and its limited reporting and analytic capabilities made it difficult for the company to make informed business decisions. They turned to Beeline.

  • Understand how they now track and manage contingent workers easily and effectively
  • Learn how they gained increased visibility into facilities and data access
  • Know how they now use advanced analytic tools to evaluate spend to ensure best value

We worked closely with our client to deploy a VMS that was user friendly, highly configurable and provided the robust analytics and reporting necessary to enhance their contingent workforce and empower their managers.

Today, nearly 4,000 contingent workers are managed through the client’s Beeline in the United States and Canada. The VMS has been so successful in optimizing the automaker’s contingent workforce that we are working with them to develop a global solution, to be rolled out to 18 additional countries in North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia, will allow our client to achieve reporting and operational consistency across all locations.
