To consolidate the management of different categories of workers, we helped our client decommission an assortment of existing tools, including a complex e-Procurement system, without losing essential data. We successfully implemented the VMS within the client's tight six-month timeframe. Today, our client uses Beeline VMS to manage thousands of non-employee resources in 13 countries, including all non-FTE labor categories, represented by 4,500 Contingent Staffing assignments, 720 Services Procurement projects, and 8,100 service workers tracked using Resource Tracking.
