W ith less than a month left before IQNsiders kicks off, I wanted to dive into some of the more fun networking activities available during the event. Namely, our hosted Golf Tournament for Clients, Partners, Prospects, and Industry Professionals.

This year, the tournament will be played at the famed East Course at The Broadmoor, located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This year’s participants will receive a tournament package courtesy of IQNavigator that includes green / cart fees, range balls, food and beverage, and a gift bag sure to delight any golf enthusiast. But most importantly, participants will receive the benefit of networking with peers and industry professionals.

If you are like me, playing 18 holes with colleagues and business partners is a great way to create, nurture and expand business relationships. In 1901, Andrew Carnegie and financier Charles M. Schwab agreed to the sale of Carnegie’s Steel empire for $480 Million dollars, a number which Carnegie reportedly wrote on the back of his scorecard and gave to Schwab during the round. This ‘course deal’ represented the largest industrial takeover in United States history, and was also the largest personal commercial transaction at the time.
