21% of US Workers Plan to Change Jobs (via Staffing Industry Analysts)
According to a recent CareerBuilder survey, 21% of full-time employees plan to change jobs in the year 2014. This number is up 17% from 2013 and is the highest number in the post-recession era. This could be because many workers are dissatisfied with their jobs. In fact, only 59% of people claim to be satisfied, compared to last year’s number of 66%.
