1. What is Beeline Help?
Beeline Help is a help system where users can access searchable topic-oriented information pertaining to the Vendor Management System (VMS.) Beeline Help is accessed from the Help menu within the application. Information within Beeline Help is specific and relevant to each users role and visibility. Primarily, this help system is designed to give assistance in the use of the application through Quick Reference Guides and Video Tutorials, but it also presents additional information about the application such as new enhancement details.

2. How do I access the new Beeline Help?
From the Help menu, click the first option Beeline Help.

3. Which browsers are supported by Beeline?
Internet Explorer 8 - 11 and the latest version for Firefox , Chrome, and Safari.

4. Are there any other technical requirements for Beeline's VMS?
The Beeline Flex components (calendar and interactive candidate compare) require Flash Player 9.0.124 or newer. 9.0.124 was released by Adobe in 2007. This applies only to the Hiring Manager role.

5. What is the minimum version of Flash required?
The candidate comparison and calendar features require Flash 9.0.124 or newer.

6. Where can I get additional information on new features?
All documentation is accessible through Beeline Help including release notes. Please visit the Beeline Help Home page for available documentation topics.

7. Is Beeline fully compatible with Windows 7?
Yes, the Beeline application is compatible with Windows 7.

8. Where can suppliers find tutorials?
Suppliers have access to the FAQs on the login page. They also have access to Beeline Help where they can review video tutorials, quick reference guides, additional documentation, and release notes.
