Beeline Recognizes Pontoon as one of the First Certified Strategic Partners

JACKSONVILLE, FLA., September 29, 2016 – Beeline, a global leader in software solutions for managing the extended workforce, announced today that Pontoon, a global human resources (HR) outsourcing company specializing in improving an organization’s talent, is one of the first Managed Services Providers (MSP) to become a Beeline Certified Strategic Partner.

The Beeline Certified Strategic Partnership Program is an exclusive certification program only available for select Beeline MSP partners. It provides mutual customers a greater level of service through the use of the Beeline Vendor Management System (VMS). The certification includes robust technology training, as well as joint methodology sessions. These sessions further enhance the partner’s usage of the Beeline technology and give customers a superior advantage, knowing both companies are further aligned and committed to the success of their program. Pontoon team members collaborated with Beeline Implementation team members to develop a joint implementation methodology, which gives customers a more streamlined implementation process. Beeline and Pontoon review methodology on an ongoing basis to identify areas of improvement, share in understanding of processes, procedures, and documentation. In addition, Pontoon’s teams participate in Client Services workshops tailored to the specific needs of shared clients, which reviews both organizations’ steady state support processes, designed to ensure continuous improvement. “This program helps Beeline further enhance our partner methodologies,” said Chris Langeland, VP of Partnership Management at Beeline. “Our partners like Pontoon are now even more efficient and knowledgeable when supporting our client programs.” “We have already realized the benefits of becoming a Beeline Certified Strategic Partner,” said Tom Manion, Senior Vice President of Global Solutions and Services at Pontoon. “This certification helps us decrease our ramp-up time for new programs, build efficient program teams, gain efficient and predictable implementation and steady state processes, and benefit from effective issue resolution.” To qualify for the certification, Pontoon passed the Beeline System Certification Test, attended regularly scheduled quarterly business reviews, participated in joint marketing and other sponsored events, helped create joint methodologies for implementation and steady state, and attended executive meetings with key stakeholders to ensure adherence to requirements and benefits.
