Beeline Wins Three Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service

JACKSONVILLE, FLA., April 2, 2015 – Beeline, a global leader in software solutions for managing the extended workforce, announced today that the company received three awards at the 9th Annual Stevie® Awards for Sales and Customer Service. The awards were presented by the Stevie Awards, which organizes several of the world’s leading business award shows including the prestigious International Business Awards and The American Business Awards. Beeline received awards in three categories: Gold for Contact Center Leader of the Year, Silver for Customer Service Manager of the Year, and Bronze for Contact Center of the Year. Michael Anthony, Beeline’s vice president of client services, was named Contact Center Leader of the Year, receiving the Gold award. Vincenza Lobusta received Silver in the Customer Service Manager of the Year – Computer Software and Services category for her service as manager of Beeline’s Client Solution Center. Beeline’s Client Solutions Center itself won Bronze in the Contact Center of the Year (Up to 100 Seats) – Technology Industries category, These awards are the latest acknowledgement of Beeline’s focus on client engagement and improving the customer experience for users of extended workforce management software and services. Entries were considered in 54 categories for customer service, 50 categories for sales and business development achievements, and categories to recognize new products and services and solution providers. The awards were presented to Beeline on February 27th during a gala banquet at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas.
