  • Anne Zelenka, PhD, Vice President of Data Science and Data Products at IQN, will lead a session that examines how businesses can draw on the power of IQN’s cognitive intelligence solution, ATOM, to predictively manage non-employee labor for improved operational results. ATOM is a first-to-market and powerful decision-making tool that is fundamentally changing the way companies make strategic and tactical decisions about their workforce.
  • For those attendees new to the contingent labor arena, Brian Hoffmeyer, IQN’s VP Product Marketing, will lead a roundtable discussion to help participants understand the basics around terminology and processes.
The “Collaboration in the Gig Economy” event will bring together all parties focused on the contingent or non-employee workforce.
  • Joe Juliano, President & CEO of IQN, will share his insights, expertise and practical advice, along with other leading experts, in a main stage panel discussion entitled, “Collaboration in Contingent Workforce Talent Supply Chains – Best Practices and Bad Ideas”.
  • Sherri Hammons, IQN’s CTO, will share her expertise in a panel discussion focusing on “The Gig Economy and Human Cloud Landscape – State of the Revolution.”
Collaboration in the Gig Economy is hosted by Staffing Industry Analysts which recently published its annual analysis of Vendor Management Systems (VMS), used to manage contingent labor programs. The 2016 report identified IQN as an industry leader citing IQN’s world-wide scope of its services, growing customer base, technology leadership and innovation. “SIA’s methodology for this year’s VMS landscape report is comprehensive, and the findings provide intriguing insights into how the market is evolving. The industry is increasingly global, with customers seeking to manage their labor spend everywhere they have operations. IQN is the clear leader in international markets,” said Joe Juliano, President and CEO of IQN. Juliano added: “There are a variety of factors that are driving companies to implement VMS solutions or expand their VMS program. The desire to optimize costs will always be a major factor, especially as contingent workers become a bigger portion of the overall workforce. But risk mitigation is also a concern as companies seek to ensure compliance with the complex regulatory, tax and legal requirements for non-employee workers, which vary from country to country. SIA’s report puts a strong spotlight on those trends, and we expect them to be a prominent topic of discussion at CWS and Collaboration in the Gig Economy events.”   About CWS Summit North America Registration: Location: Red Rock Casino, Resort & Spa 11011 W Charleston Blvd Las Vegas, NV 89135 United States   About Collaboration in the Gig Economy Registration: Location: Red Rock Casino, Resort & Spa 11011 W Charleston Blvd Las Vegas, NV 89135 United States   # # #   About IQN IQN is the leading independent technology provider of Vendor Management System (VMS) software for Global 2000 companies.
