IQN Highlighted As Innovator and Independent Leader in Staffing Industry Analysts Report
Denver, Colo. – April 28, 2016 – Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) has published part one of its annual “VMS Market Developments”, including an in‐depth market analysis of the vendor management systems (VMS) industry. IQN is highlighted throughout the report in recognition of the company’s product innovation, robust ecosystem of partners, support for global customers, and a commitment to independent leadership in the fast‐ changing market. The 34‐page report, entitled “Drivers, Innovations & Geographical Capability,” is the product of extensive research and user surveys conducted by SIA.
SIA’s report cites IQN as having the most “extensive geographical experience,” serving markedly more countries globally than any other VMS vendor. The report notes that IQN delivers its SaaS solution to enterprises in 125 countries across all four regions: Americas, Europe, Middle East/Africa and Asia Pacific. In its assessment of the VMS vendor landscape, SIA identifies IQN as the only independent VMS vendor of the leading VMS vendors globally, as well as the sole “pure play” provider of talent management software in this group that controls market share. The study also highlights significant areas of focus and investment for IQN in 2016, including expansion of its extensive ecosystem of talent management partners and new advanced VMS capabilities.
“One thing that makes SIA’s assessment of the VMS market landscape particularly impactful this year is the research that the team did to bring the voice of customers, buyers and partners into the study,” said Joe Juliano, President and CEO of IQN. “Those groups know this industry inside‐out because of their direct experience utilizing these solutions and because of their intensive collaboration with VMS providers. Insights derived from those surveys bring a new dimension to this year’s report, and it is rewarding to see so much recognition of areas where IQN has put such a big emphasis.
Juliano added: “IQN’s highest priorities over the past two years align with attributes that are highlighted in this SIA report: Innovations that anticipate the emerging needs of customers; an industry‐leading ecosystem of partners that deliver new capabilities and value; global support for VMS customers in every geography; and a truly independent stance and voice in the VMS market that puts customers first. IQN has been an industry leader for nearly two decades, and that has never been more true than today.”
