IQN Launches Online Collaboration and Engagement Forum for Customers and Partners IQN’s I‐ON fosters open dialogue among customers, partners and IQN team members and provides all stakeholders a stronger voice in product development

Denver, CO – April 28, 2016 – IQN, the leading independent provider of non‐employee workforce management solutions, is launching I‐ON™, a new online collaboration and engagement forum for customers, partners and other stakeholders that is unique in the VMS industry. Powered by the cloud‐based Jive X platform, IQN’s I‐ON is designed to create a dynamic forum that fosters greater communication and collaboration among key stakeholders in the IQN community, including customers, ecosystem partners and IQN employees. Through I‐ON, stakeholders will be able to take advantage of the community’s collective expertise and experience to learn best practices, solve common challenges in contingent workforce management, expand their network, and much more. I‐ON also gives each of these stakeholders a strong voice on key issues such as IQN product development. IQN will be showcasing I‐ON at the IQNsiders 2016 event in Washington, D.C., April 27‐29. “One of my biggest priorities since the first day I joined IQN has been to give our customers and partners an even bigger voice in shaping how we design our products and how our product roadmap evolves. We have made huge strides in strengthening this dialogue, and I‐ON is taking us another big step forward in this process,” said Joe Juliano, President and CEO of IQN. “I‐ON is unique in our industry. Too often, companies simply use this type of platform to push information to external audiences, but not I‐ON. I‐ON is a two‐way street in all the best ways, and I am excited to see the kind of collaboration and community it fosters.” Attendees of the IQNsiders 2016 event taking place April 27‐29 will get early access to the I‐ON environment. IQNsiders is one of the best‐attended and most dynamic industry events focused on workforce management best practices, including management of the rapidly growing non‐employee workforce. Hosted by IQN, the three‐day conference program includes presentations by experts in enterprise talent management who will share insights into how workforce strategies are evolving, how to utilize innovative technology to address those challenges, and how to create world‐class workforce management program that supports strategic business goals. This year’s event will feature a rare all‐analyst panel session where the leading research firms in workforce management will debate hot topics and share valuable best practices. IQNsiders will also feature a closing keynote address by Seth Mattison, one of the most respected voices on the future of work, the evolving dynamics of the labor market, and new workforce strategies.
