— IQNavigator, the leading provider of non-employee workforce management solutions, is expanding its presence in Europe with the formation of a dedicated team in Germany. Frank Thies has been appointed as IQNavigator’s country manager and sales director in the central Europe region to head up the sales and support team based in Munich.
The IQNavigator team in Germany will provide on-the-ground support for existing German customers and partners, while working to establish new customer relationships in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH) markets. The office will also serve customers elsewhere in central Europe, where IQNavigator sees demand from global companies with regional operations, as well as companies headquartered in the region.
Thies brings more than 20 years’ experience in professional services and sales. In addition to leading the company’s regional sales efforts, Thies will develop and build out the IQNavigator team in Germany, creating a deeper understanding of the nuances inherent to the DACH region’s employment laws and compliance regulations that affect IQNavigator end users.
Thies’ career is steeped in ERP, Supply Chain Management and Human Capital Management experience. In his previous role, Thies managed the DACH region for NeoSpheres, a talent, learning and performance software company. Prior to that, Thies was consulting director for Central and Southern Europe at Saba Software, a U.S.-based HCM software provider, where he was responsible for European consulting services and sales. In that role, Thies managed the local consulting organization and was responsible for the day-to-day measurement and controls for customer engagement within the region.
“Frank’s experience and expertise will build upon IQNavigator’s existing successes in Europe and shape future expansion in the region,” said Simon Fahie, managing director, EMEA and APAC for IQNavigator. “This move underscores IQNavigator’s commitment to the German market and brings a deeper understanding of the issues facing our partners and customers across Europe.”
IQNavigator has made expansion of its EMEA operations a top strategic priority to meet rapidly growing demand for its vendor management system (VMS) which helps global enterprises better manage their non-employee workforces and procured services around the world. IQNavigator’s addition of a local sales and support team in Munich is an extension of that strategy and part of establishing a more significant foothold in the German market.
