IQNavigator’s Brian Hoffmeyer Featured Roundtable Panelist at VMSA Live 2015 in Las Vegas

DENVER, May 6, 2015 – IQNavigator, the leading independent provider of non-employee workforce management solutions, is participating in the upcoming VMSA Live 2015 in Las Vegas on May 9-10. Brian Hoffmeyer, Vice President, Product Marketing will be part of a roundtable, “The Freelance Management Role in Today’s Contingent Labor Program,” today, Wednesday, May 6 at 2p.m. Hoffmeyer will be joined by Work Market’s Russell Sachs to discuss how today’s leading talent management solutions are providing enterprises a platform to manage all of their non-employee labor.

“Companies today are using non-employee workers in highly strategic ways that are dramatically different from the past when contingent workers may have often been merely temps brought in as-needed for tactical projects. The smartest companies in the world are viewing contingent labor as a competitive advantage that allows them to move more quickly, bring in specialized skills, and even fill critical managerial roles on important initiatives,” said Hoffmeyer. “This round table will discuss this trend toward more strategic use of non-employee labor, how companies are using technology to identify, attract and manage those workers, and how all of this is helping companies win the war for talent against their competitors.”

The VMSA Live conference – now in its third year, is an educational and networking forum and communicate and collaborate across CW supply chain functional boundaries. The conference brings together 300 practitioners, from the US and other countries, representing principal areas of the supply chain: enterprise CW management, MSP, VMS, temporary staffing suppliers, IC services solutions and other service providers to the supply chain/ecosystem.

A Jack-of-Hearts sponsor of the event, Hoffmeyer will also be part of the “Industry Innovations Power Panel,” Thursday, May 7 at 9 a.m.
