How to check if a Buyer Org is Tax Enabled

There have been issues where we had some problems changing Tax Flags on Servlet. This may be because the Buyer Org is not configured to be *tax enabled. *If Taxes are NOT enabled, the ticket will need to be updated to a Change Request and assigned to the COM to engage the appropriate shared services team.
