Judy Bumgarner is an experienced product strategist focused on extended workforce solutions. Over the course of her career, her opportunities to listen to the needs of customers has allowed her to lead the development and implementation of solutions across the world for many fortune 50 & 500 companies. Judy led the initiative for global expansion and established a global footprint of Beeline into EMEA, APAC and LATAM. In addition to her global expertise, Judy has focused on solutions for Oil & Gas and Light Industrial markets as well as digital experiences for MSP, Supplier, and Talent users. She has partnered with the top MSP & Suppliers in the world and her expertise has allowed her to lead and play an integral role in the future of work, having evaluated over 20 vendor management solutions and several technologies to build an adaptable ecosystem to manage contingent workforce.

Judy is leading Beeline’s product strategy for the Client Portfolio and furthering their role as the leading platform to manage the extended workforce.

For the past 15 years, Christopher J. Dwyer has been the industry’s preeminent contingent workforce management (CWM) analyst and an early Future of Work evangelist.
