To our valued customers, partners, and extended workforce community
Today marks a defining moment in Beeline’s journey — and one of many exciting developments you can expect from us in the months ahead. I’m pleased to announce that Beeline has acquired MBO Partners, a strategic milestone that strengthens and accelerates our vision for the future of work. This acquisition is more than a strategic move — it’s a powerful alignment of purpose, culture, and innovation. Together, Beeline and MBO will unlock new possibilities for how organizations and talent connect, collaborate, and thrive.
At Beeline, our mission has always been clear: to deliver the world’s most advanced technology platform for managing the global extended workforce. This acquisition deepens that commitment, accelerating our ability to serve you with even more robust capabilities, greater flexibility, and broader expertise across the entire spectrum of external talent.
For nearly three decades, MBO Partners has been a pioneer in supporting the independent workforce. Their platform and services have enabled hundreds of thousands of independent professionals to engage in over 500,000 projects with leading enterprises. Their deep experience of the freelancer/independent talent economy aligns perfectly with our vision: an end-to-end platform for all types of extended workforce engagement — including contingent workers, consultants, gig workers, payrolled professionals, and independent contractors.
This move brings together two organizations with a shared commitment to innovation, integrity, and customer success — amplifying our ability to deliver immediate value through greater visibility, risk mitigation, and enhanced access to world-class talent. Our unwavering commitment to trusted partnerships, expert guidance, and operational excellence continues — now amplified by the scale, innovation, and global reach of a next-generation platform.
We sincerely appreciate your continued partnership and trust. Whether you’ve been with us since our founding 25 years ago, or have recently joined our ecosystem, your success remains our north star. We’re grateful for your continued partnership.
Thank you for being part of this journey. The future of work embraces all talent, and together, we’re ready to lead it.
With appreciation,

Doug Leeby
Chief Executive Officer

MBO Partners will operate as an independent business unit within Beeline, providing AOR, EOR, and independent contractor engagement solutions. Some corporate functions like internal HR, Finance, Legal, and IT will be integrated with Beeline’s shared services teams. MBO’s go-to-market, account management, operations, and leadership teams will remain within the business unit serving clients and independent talent.
This structure is consistent with Beeline Enterprise, Beeline Professional, and JoinedUp — The business unit will be led by a dedicated president, Teresa Creech, with cross-functional support from both organizations guiding integration and positioning the business for future growth.
MBO Partners will become the foundation of Beeline’s AOR/EOR business unit. While full branding decisions are still underway, we expect to share more in Q3 2025.
Doug Leeby will continue as CEO of Beeline. Teresa Creech will lead the new business unit as President. Some changes will occur as we integrate leadership teams.
