With more than two decades of experience as a transformational leader in the staffing and contingent workforce industry, Judicael champions strategic growth initiatives — both organic and inorganic — supporting M&A evaluations, new market entries, and scaling of partnerships within the global workforce ecosystem. He builds high-performing teams, mentors talent, and facilitates cross-functional execution and alignment, enabling Beeline to accelerate growth while maintaining organizational clarity and accountability.
