Beeline Supplier Network Subscription Packages

The Beeline Supplier Network is a subscription-based platform designed for staffing suppliers in the contingent labor industry. It provides tools, resources, and API access to help suppliers manage job requirements, submit candidates, and streamline operations across multiple clients from a single location.

Getting started is easy:

1. Choose the package that best fits your organization’s needs.
2. Sign up through the Beeline Supplier Network portal.
3. Set up your supplier profile and, if applicable, configure your API integration with your ATS.
4. Start managing your job postings, candidates, and more from the Beeline Supplier Network dashboard.

By joining the Beeline Supplier Network, suppliers can select plans that allow them to:

• Access all job postings from clients where they are approved suppliers, in one centralized view.
• Automate manual processes through API integrations with their ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Improve visibility to clients and MSPs through enhanced supplier profiles.
• Gain access to early product features and exclusive supplier recognition programs.
• Participate in the Beeline Supplier Network product advisory board for future innovations.

You will be able to link all client accounts that you're an approved supplier. The requirements that the client releases to you will show up in your supplier account.   Only requirements released to you will show up, not all the requirements the client has available.  

There are three main subscription packages available:

• Free Package: Establish your Beeline account and manage your basic supplier profile.
• Basic Package: Gain public visibility with clients and MSPs, SEO optimization, and enhanced supplier profiles.
• Essential Package(s): Unlock advanced sourcing tools, API access for ATS integration, and deeper analytics for your account. 

For high-volume suppliers or those needing more API access, the Ultimate Package is available starting at $25,000/year, offering great limits on API access and premium benefits like advisory council membership and early feature access.

Our subscription model is structured as an annual plan because we believe in providing full access to the tools you need from day one. For instance, you receive your entire API allocation upfront, giving you the flexibility to use it as required without the constraints of a monthly limit.

Offering a month-to-month plan could lead to disruptions in service during critical moments.

If you exceed a monthly allocation, you may find yourself without the necessary tools at a time when you need them most. By offering annual plans, we ensure that you can use your resources without worrying about hitting limits mid-project and experiencing any unintended interruptions.

The right package depends on your company’s size, client base, and API usage needs:

• Free: Best for small suppliers just starting or those focused on maintaining their profile.
• Basic: Ideal for suppliers looking to boost their visibility with clients and MSPs.
• Essential: Suited for suppliers needing ATS integration and API access for sourcing efficiency.
• Ultimate: Tailored for suppliers managing multiple clients and high volumes of job requirements and candidate submissions.

All subscriptions are billed annually and require a 60-day notice before renewal to cancel. If you do not cancel within this timeframe, your subscription will automatically renew for another year.

No, you only will have access to programs you're already setup as an approved supplier.  Clients have complete control over their supplier lists, and you must have a valid client login to link your Beeline account to a client account.

No, you will only see the requirements/jobs that are released specifically to you as a supplier in the client program.  You will not see requirements that other suppliers have access to if you do not also have access. 

No, Beeline does not make decisions about which suppliers are approved in client programs. 

To become an approved supplier, you must work with the client program office and/or MSP.

If your company requires more than the API calls included in the Essential package, you can reach out to upgrade your plan.

Once you’ve subscribed to the Essential package, you can reach out to suppliernetwork@beeline.com to increase your API limits by selecting a custom plan

The Essential package includes:

• 10,000 API calls annually for ATS integration.
• Access to job postings that have been released to you across all clients where you're an approved supplier.

The Ultimate packages are designed for high-volume suppliers who manage multiple clients and need unlimited API calls to streamline their operations. Plans are available at $25,000/year, $50,000/year, $75,000/year and $100,000/year and includes:

• Higher limits on API usage above the 10,000 up to unlimited API packages
• Exclusive early access to new Beeline features.
• Participation in the Supplier Advisory Board.
• Highest priority in the supplier directory with premium placement.

These packages are recommended for suppliers managing frequent candidate submissions across a large number of clients.

Beeline offers a comprehensive solution built specifically for staffing suppliers. Membership is invite only and requires a BSN membership as well as an additional purchase of a go-to-market package.
