Teresa Creech

Teresa Creech is President of MBO Partners, where she leads the company’s promise to power the independent workforce by helping enterprises confidently engage and manage independent professionals at scale. In this role, she focuses on advancing MBO’s premium AOR, EOR, and talent engagement solutions to meet the evolving needs of today’s extended workforce. 

Previously, Teresa served as President of Beeline Professional, where she launched and scaled a fast-deploying vendor management system (VMS) designed specifically for mid-market organizations. A 2017 inductee into the Staffing 100 Hall of Fame, Teresa brings more than 25 years of experience in staffing, workforce technology, and contingent labor strategy.

Prior to her time at Beeline, she was CEO of TalentWave, a global leader in independent contractor compliance and payroll solutions. She has also lead two global managed service providers and served on several private equity and advisory boards, where she is known for driving innovation, business growth, and organizational transformation.
