Neil is president of Beeline Professional, a strategic business unit responsible for developing and marketing Beeline’s fast-deploying, scalable vendor management system (VMS) designed for mid-market businesses. 

 

He is a transformative growth executive, author, and strategic board advisor with nearly three decades of experience leading innovation at the intersection of talent, technology, and organizational performance.He was chief growth officer at MBO, running source of talent and has a wealth of industry experience.

 

Prior to joining MBO, Neil spent over 20 years with Allegis Group, where he was senior vice president of business development and played a key leadership role in building Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) into a global leader in MSP and RPO services across North America, Asia and Europe. He co-founded Allegis Group’s innovation incubator, where he spearheaded digital workforce initiatives that helped lay the foundation for Allegis’s evolution into more tech-enabled enterprises like CareerCircle.com, an upskilling platform that designs inclusive talent pipelines and programs focused on equity, access, and community.

 

As the former president of HiringSolved.com, Neil led an AI-driven search and match product in the HR tech space focused on automating sourcing solutions for clients.
