Paddy Benson

President, JoinedUp by Beeline

Paddy Benson is president of JoinedUp by Beeline, the technology solution designed to meet the high-volume, shift-based workforce requirements of businesses and staffing agencies.

In this position, Paddy is responsible for defining the company’s strategic vision, for product development and innovation, driving client growth, and managing business operations.

He is a co-founder and was chief technology officer of Utmost, a vendor management system provider. Paddy joined Beeline in 2022 when the company acquired Utmost.

Prior to that, he served as chief technology officer for Groupon EMEA and has held vice president of engineering positions at Synchronoss Technologies, NewBay Software, Prime Carrier, IONA Technologies, and SoftCo, where he played key roles in product development.
