Chief Executive Officer
Doug Leeby is the president and CEO of Beeline. Recognized as an industry innovator and customer champion, Doug has led Beeline to become the largest independent provider of solutions for managing all categories of non-fulltime talent, including temporary staff, professional contractors, service workers, consultants, project-based workers, and independent contractors. Doug has been at Beeline since 2002. He has been included on Staffing Industry Analyst’s list of the “100 Most Influential People in Staffing” every year since 2012. Doug believes strongly in the importance of corporate culture and, through his servant-minded leadership, has created a culture at Beeline built on trust and diversity. Doug attended Vanderbilt University where he earned his B.A. in History and his M.Ed. in Human Resources. He enjoys learning, interacting with interesting people, the outdoors, and any and all time with his family.
Chief Technology Officer
Michael Madden is Chief Technology Officer for Beeline. Michael is a highly accomplished and experienced product and technology executive with expertise in the application of agile methodologies and digital transformations. He has more than a decade of C-level experience in multi-billion-dollar companies, including EBSCO Information Services and CA Technologies. Michael is an expert in product and technology strategies for both enterprise and SaaS-based applications and has demonstrated success in creating and implementing software development lifecycles that incorporate continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous operations. Michael is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with BS and MS degrees in math and electrical engineering.
Michael Schiappa is Chief Procurement Officer for Beeline. With more than 20 years of global procurement experience at Fortune 500 companies, Michael specializes in procurement operations, strategic sourcing, supplier performance management, and contingent labor solutions. Besides building a world-class procurement organization within Beeline, Michael educates our technology teams on procurement organizations’ real-world requirements. This ensures Beeline solutions are optimized to deliver the on-demand talent and visibility our customers need. Prior to Beeline, Michael led the transformation of MetLife’s global procurement organization, driving multiple large-scale initiatives across the world.Read More
Todd Pulley is a finance executive with over 20 years of leadership experience, including nearly 15 years in the staffing industry. Prior to joining Beeline, Pulley was Chief Financial Officer for the UK, Ireland, North America and South America for Adecco, the world’s largest staffing firm. Pulley has a proven track record leading multinational staffing firms and has extensive experience in strategic and financial planning & analysis, and global audit, tax, and compliance issues. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2000 and received I3 Leadership Certification from IMD Business School, Lausanne, Switzerland.Read More
Autumn Vaupel has an extremely impressive track record in operations management, with more than 20 years of experience within the technology and professional services industry. Autumn is currently Chief Operating Officer for Beeline, where she is responsible for customer success, professional and implementation services, end-user training, customer support, partner enablement, and account management. She is accountable for ensuring the success of each Beeline customer and partner throughout their lifecycle in leveraging Beeline’s Vendor Management Solutions. As a member of the executive team, Autumn plays an integral role in defining the company’s strategic vision and product direction and is responsible for the overall customer experience, driving client growth and retention, and managing business operations. Before joining Beeline in 2012, Autumn was vice president of professional services with Blackbaud Inc., a Charleston, South Carolina-based technology company recognized as the leading provider of software solutions for the non-profit sector. Prior to her six years at Blackbaud, Autumn spent eight years working and consulting with SAP America in Implementation and Product Development, focused on the retail industry sector.Read More
Manuel Roger started his career as an IT Systems and Communication Engineer at Air Liquide in Spain. After few years as an IT Procurement Manager, based in Lyon (France), he successfully created and directed Adecco Group’s Global Procurement Department from Zurich, covering indirect spend categories worldwide. In early 2011, after two years as Adecco Group’s LATAM Zone Finance Director based in Sao Paulo, Manuel became SVP of International Product Management at Beeline to develop the company’s product and service offerings outside the U.S. He is currently serving as Beeline’s Managing Director for Europe in London. Manuel is a graduated IT engineer and holds an MBA from EM Lyon (France). He is a French citizen, and is married with four children.Read More
Colleen Tiner joined Beeline’s product management team in 2005. After three years managing new product development, she was asked to lead major development programs across all product lines. She has been responsible for product strategy, planning, and marketing programs related to Beeline’s flagship Vendor Management System (VMS) product line. In 2014, her focus shifted to strategic oversight of new solutions and innovation, including the application of artificial intelligence and augmented intelligence technologies to enhance Beeline’s product offerings. Ron Litton nearly 20 years of experience in sales and sales management in the staffing, solutions and MSP/VMS industries. He Joined Beeline in 2002 as Regional Vice President of Sales for the Central Region. In that role, Ron was responsible for developing Beeline’s relationships with many of our current clients including Discover Financial Services, The Northern Trust, First Data, The Hartford and many others. In 2006, Ron assumed responsibility for sales management of Beeline’s flagship Contingent Workforce Solutions product line. Prior to joining Beeline, Ron was Senior Vice President of Enterprise Accounts for one of the 20 largest staffing and solutions firms in North America.Read More
