Privacy Shield
Beeline-US has certified that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland to the United States. Beeline has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. Beeline is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. Although the Privacy Shield has been invalidated as a transfer mechanism, Beeline-US is committed to protecting all Personal Information received from European Union (EU) member countries, the UK, and Switzerland ), in accordance with the Frameworks’ applicable Principles and to ensure Personal Information collected from individuals in the EU is accessible to them as part of their individual rights when Beeline is the Controller of the Personal Information. Beeline-US is responsible for the processing of Personal Information it receives and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. Beeline-US complies with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of Personal Information from the EU, the UK, and Switzerland (for examples of such transfers, see Sharing your personal information above) including the onward transfer liability provisions. In certain situations, Beeline-US may be required to disclose Personal Information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
Beeline-US is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the US Federal Trade Commission.

In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, Beeline commits to resolving complaints about our collection or use of your Personal Information. Individuals with inquiries regarding our Privacy Shield policy or complaints regarding the handling of your Personal Information should contact privacy@beeline.com.
Beeline has further committed to refer unresolved Privacy Shield complaints to JAMS, an alternative dispute resolution provider located in the United States. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint from us, or if we have not addressed your complaint to your satisfaction, please email privacy@beeline.com for more information.
