1999

Founded in Jacksonville, Florida as part of MPS Group (later Adecco), Beeline emerged to deliver vendor management solutions focused on contingent workforce needs

2016

Acquired by private equity firm GTCR and merged with IQNavigator, consolidating under the Beeline brand to form one of the largest VMS providers globally.

2018

Became part of New Mountain Capital, reinforcing investment in growth, innovation, and global expansion.

2021

Introduced the world’s first Extended Workforce Platform, built on two decades of VMS leadership and delivering talent-centric, AI‑enabled workforce engagement across more than 120 countries. Acquired JoinedUp, extending Beeline’s platform to serve shift-based labor across industries.

2022

Acquired Utmost, a next-generation extended workforce software provider; enabled real‑time total-talent intelligence and accelerated Beeline’s Extended Workforce Platform vision.

2023–2024

Achieved record-breaking success:

  • Surpassed $1 trillion in cumulative talent spend managed.
  • 50% of new customers replaced incumbent VMS providers with Beeline.
  • Launched over 330 new APIs and connectors, enabling rapid deployment and scalability.
  • Introduced new product lines, including Beeline Professional and Beeline Supplier Network.

2025

Acquired MBO Partners, adding premier independent contractor, AOR, and EOR capabilities to Beeline’s ecosystem — marking the only platform capable of managing all types of external talent in a unified, compliant, insight-rich system.
